استقبال عروض العقارات واتفاقيات التسويق: يتم حصريًا من خلال زيارتكم لمكتبنا خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمية.

الاطلاع على العروض والتفاوض والاستفسار: متاح فقط من داخل المكتب، حفاظًا على خصوصية الملاك وتقديم الخيارات المناسبة لاحتياجاتكم العقارية.

*سياسة استقبال الطلبات والعروض

يتم تجاهل العروض أو الطلبات عبر الرسائل النصية أو الواتساب أو المكالمات الهاتفية من غير العملاء المسجلين في قاعدة العملاء لدينا.

*نقبل الوساطة العقارية( فقط ) من المالك نفسه أو وكيله الرسمي أو أحد أفراد أسرته من الدرجة الأولى، لضمان جدية التعامل مع التعهد لهم بحفظ الحقوق المالية لجميع الأطراف وفقًا للأنظمة المتبعة.

Work Mechanism and Process for Listings & Requests

Receiving Real Estate Listings and Marketing Agreements:
Exclusively available through in-person visits to our office during official working hours.

Viewing Listings, Negotiating, and Inquiries:
Available only at our office to maintain the privacy of property owners and ensure that we offer the best options to meet your real estate needs.

Policy for Receiving Requests and Listings

Listings or requests sent via text messages, WhatsApp, or phone calls from non-registered clients in our database will be disregarded.

We only accept real estate brokerage from the property owner, their official representative, or a first-degree family member to ensure serious transactions while guaranteeing financial rights for all parties as per regulations.

We offer Ejari contract registration services.
